CONTRIBUTIONS:
As the illustrator and cover designer of the book "How to Communicate Effectively with Anyone, Anywhere," (Career Press), I was asked by the publisher, Career Press to design the campaign banners for the book This led me to design the book’s online and social media campaign in collaboration with co-authors and NYU Professor Raul Sánchez and Professor Dan Bullock. The book reveals a new approach to global communication across key performance areas such as public speaking, emailing, negotiation.

I lead a team of designers in the brand strategy, conceptual design, and implementation of award-winning brands including the Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Into Learning brand for products in the English and Spanish language markets. Product brands include: HMH Into Reading, HMH Into Math, HMH Into Literature.

My brand design experience includes establishing the visual identity and logo design of leading literacy and math intervention programs at Penguin Random House, Scholastic and various other brands in the education space. I designed the following logos and visual identities from conception to completion.

A. FAST CARS FASTT MATH GAMES

CONTRIBUTIONS:
FASTT Math games are educational games designed for (grades 2–12) where students gain math fluency through engaging and motivating math games.  I conceptualized & managed the art direction of the game Fast Cars which is a game-based learning experience for students to gain math fluency by practicing addition and subtraction concepts they have learned in the classroom.

I managed the conceptual design, game objectives, appearance, and themes directly with the client.  I also collaborated closely with the client on the game logic of the game creation including: storyboards, wireframes, UX flows, interaction design mockups, prototypes, and animatics.  FASTT Math is Available on App Store:  FASTT Math Games

I conceptualized and created the game art assets, game-ready user interface (UI) assets, visual design treatments, and animatics for Speed Swap, a math game focused on fluency in addition.  FASTT Math’s proven application leverages the power of adaptive technology to meet students’ needs through engaging individualized practice and motivational games including:  Speed Swap, Fast Cars, Goal Frenzy, & Spring Bloom. 5. Augmented Reality Design –  (Immersive)

Published Business Book: An Immersive Reading & Learning Experience

IMMERSIVE DESIGN

CONTRIBUTIONS:
I am the Illustrator and cover designer of the book, How to Communicate Effectively with Anyone, Anywhere, co-authored by Raúl Sánchez and Dan Bullock (Career Press).

I collaborated with the authors to create an augmented reality (AR) reading and learning experience for the book where key illustrations are designed to animate through AR technology to: unlock additional tips and demonstrate key business communication concepts. I provided user-centered UX design solutions, as well as a systematic interactive design approach for various complex intercultural communication concepts.

Experience the book in a new dimension via animation, vivid colors, and sound – including hidden tips for body language techniques, international public speaking skills, and more.

AWARDS:
The book was selected as a top business title in The Financial Times as well as honored as a 2022 Bronze Medalist for the Axiom Business Book Awards and awarded as “Finalist” in the 2021 International Book Awards in Business Communications/Public Relations & Business categories.
